No - we do not allow parties in any of our units for safety and cleanliness reasons. Please be mindful of the neighbors and community, all noise levels must be kept to a respectable level after 10PM.

We reserve the right to immediately evict all renters and their guests from the property who violate Posh Property rules and / or policies. If there is an eviction, no refund will be giving on the remaining value of your stay under any circumstances.

We do! We welcome your furry friends but we do ask that you please treat the home as your own. You are responsible for any damage done by your pet.

We understand accidents happen. If something breaks, please contact us immediately via Airbnb so we can remedy the situation in an amicable and fair manner. We rather you tell us when this happens than not.

No - smoking is not permitted inside any property. You are welcome to smoke outside the properties. There is a hefty penalty for anyone caught smoking inside.

We are flexible on check in time if it is after 3PM. Should you require earlier check in, please contact us directly as we may or may not be able to accommodate  depending on our cleaning team.

We are a professional rental business, therefore we are obligated to pay taxes. You will see this included in your price in addition to the Airbnb service fee and cleaning fee.

We follow AirBnb's cancellation policy. We currently operate on a "Moderate" cancellation policy that allows you to cancel for a full refund up to 2 weeks ahead (minus service fees).
